Each year, teachers, students and parents find fun new ways to support local hospice care.

Popular School Events include:

  • Coffee Morning/Bake Sale: 
    Free Bewley’s Coffee, collection boxes, balloons and posters are available for your event.
  • No Uniform/Pyjamas Day:
    Dress up or dress down for Galway Hospice! Collection boxes, balloons and posters are available for your special school day.
  • Hospice Sunflower Days:
    Get behind Galway Hospice’s Sunflower Appeal. Or get creative and design your own flower! 
  • Festive Fashion Friday: 
    Wear a Christmas Jumper or Santa Hat, tinsel or even festive socks in support of Galway Hospice.

Other popular school events include Raffles, Sports Days, Table Quizzes, even Tractor Runs, and Vintage Car Rallies! Or host an event unique to your school!
