When you support our charity through our online store, you have specific rights under EU law.
Here is a quick guide to how our returns and cancellations work:
Charity Retail (Standard Items): If you purchase standard physical merchandise, you have the right to change your mind and return the items within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. To start a return, simply withdraw from contract here.
Customised Mementos: Items that are engraved, custom-made, or personalised specifically for you are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned once production has started.
Event Tickets: Tickets purchased for specific-date events are non-refundable and exempt from the standard cancellation period.
Charitable Donations: Pure financial donations made through our website are voluntary gifts rather than commercial purchases. Therefore, they are not subject to the 14-day EU right of withdrawal.

Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Items returned damaged of showing signs of use may be refused a refund.
Returns must be made within 14 days of collection or delivery.
Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
