Galway Education Centre Bridge Club raise €600 for Galway Hospice

Galway Education Centre Bridge Club [640x480]Sincere thanks to the members of the Galway Education Centre Bridge Club, who raised €600 through a Bridge afternoon in aid of Galway Hospice.  Club members recently presented Joanne Tierney of Galway Hospice with the proceeds raised.

The provision of Galway Hospice’s Home Care, Day Care and Bereavement Support services costs in the region of €1.6 million per annum. The delivery of these essential services depends entirely on voluntary contributions.  Without the financial support of individuals and groups like the Galway Education Centre Bridge Club, Galway Hospice would not be able to continue providing these services.  Sincere thanks to all concerned.
