On Saturday, 12th December, soprano Lily Lundon will perform in the Bank of Ireland Theatre, NUIG from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.  Tickets for this special event cost €15 and can be purchased at the door on the evening. Proceeds raised through this event will be donated to Galway Hospice.

After her years living in sunny Provence, the melodies of France have always been a key aspect of Lily’s music career.  In her final year of theatre and performance with French and Italian, the soprano – trained by the esteemed Michel Durham – invites you to join her on her journey through time and styles of French music including Edith Piaf and Faure.  Lily will be accompanied by the talented Ronan De Burca.

Galway Hospice is an independent voluntary organisation that provides specialist Palliative Care services to adults and children throughout Galway city and county.  These services, which include Inpatient Care, Home Care, Day Care and Bereavement Support, are provided all year round, free-of-charge.  Galway Hospice’s Home Care and Day Care services collectively cost €1.8 million per annum to provide.  These services depend almost entirely on voluntary contributions.   Therefore, fundraising events like this one are extremely important to the Foundation. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
