Eoin Griffin raises €174 for Galway Hospice through Croagh Patrick Climb

IMG_2386 (Copy)Many thanks to Eoin Griffin, who raised €174 for Galway Hospice through his climb of Croagh Patrick.  This was the first time that Owen climbed Croagh Patrick, and he did it in memory of his granddad and WP_20170630_10_40_54_Pro - Copy (Copy)as part of his Scout Programme.

Eoin is pictured presenting the proceeds he raised to Orla Feeney of Galway Hospice. The second photo was taken at the top of Croagh Patrick, where he proudly wore his granddad’s tie.

Well done and thanks to Eoin for taking on such an amazing challenge and for choosing Galway Hospice to benefit from the proceeds he raised. This donation will help us to continue providing our fully-accredited specialist palliative care services to adults and children with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses throughout Galway city and county, and on the adjoining islands, as well as providing support to their families and carers.  Well done Eoin and thank you!
