Naomi’s Creche raises €1129.81 for Galway Hospice through Pyjama Day

Cheque Presentation [640x480]Many thanks to the staff, children and parents of Naomi’s Creche in Knocknacarra, Galway, who recently held a Pyjama Day in aid of Galway Hospice.  The Pyjama Day was held in memory of the late Sheila Griffin, and raised a fantastic €1129.81 for Galway Hospice!

Pictured is Fiona McKinnon (Galway Hospice) with the children from the creche who participated in the Pyjama Day.

Thanks to Naomi, her staff, the parents and everyone who was involved in organising and hosting this Pyjama Day, and for choosing Galway Hospice to benefit from the proceeds.  Although much fun was had by the children, it had other significance for the organisers, being a remembrance event for the late Sheila Griffin.

Every day, Galway Hospice services touch the lives of hundreds of people across county Galway.  We could not continue to do what we do without the amazing support we receive from the public.  Our thanks to Naomi’s Creche for helping us along this journey.
