Monday 3rd June – Flora Women’s Mini Marathon

It’s that time of year again!!  The annual Flora Women’s Mini Marathon will take place this year on Bank Holiday Monday, 3rd June 2013.

This is a great opportunity to get fit and healthy and, in the process, raise much needed funds for Galway Hospice.

Since 1983, the number of women participating in the Flora Women’s Mini-Marathon has grown steadily to over 40,000 women each year. It is the biggest all-women’s event of its kind in the world and the largest charity event in Ireland.

Events like this are hugely important to Galway Hospice in our annual fundraising drive. This is not only a fantastic way to raise funds for charity, but it is also a way to get fit and healthy and share this fantastic experience with 40,000 other women, of all ages, nationalities and walks of life.

Thank you to the many women who have registered to take part in this year’s Mini Marathon, and to raise funds for Galway Hospice in the process.  From all at Galway Hospice, we hope ye have a great day!  Yeez are brillint!
