Many thanks to Marie and Sarah Burke who presented Catriona Kilbane (centre) of Galway Hospice with a cheque for €1,365. The two ladies raised these proceeds for Galway Hospice through their participation in the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon.
Marie and Sarah have been raising funds for Galway Hospice through this marathon for many years now, and we appreciate their continuing support and loyalty towards Galway Hospice.
This donation will help us to continue providing our fully-accredited specialist palliative care services to adults and children with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses throughout Galway city and county, and on the adjoining islands, as well as providing support to their families and carers.
