Management and staff at Marks & Spencer, Galway, gear up for a two-day in-store cyle this Friday and Saturday in aid of Galway Hospice and the Marie Keating Foundation!

DSC_9079 9Galway Hospice  MS Cycle Launch - Version 2 2Galway Hospice  MS Cycle Launch [640x480]Marks & Spencer, Galway, will be hosting a two-day in-store cycle starting tomorrow, Friday 13th June from 11 am to 9 pm and Saturday 14th June from 11 am to 7 pm. The two-day in-store cycle is in aid of Galway Hospice and the Marie Keating Foundation and forms part of Marks & Spencer’s on-going fundraising endeavours in aid of these two charities.  On both days, there will be entertainment in the form of music and clowns (for children of all ages)and there will also be face painting for the younger children!  The new Galway Rose, Nicola Corcoran, who is from Renmore, will lend her support on Friday evening, cycling from 6pm to 7 pm. 

Galway Hospice will receive 60% of the proceeds raised through the two-day event and the on-going fundraising endeavours, with 40% of the proceeds raised going to support the Marie Keating Foundation.  However, 100% of funds raised using Galway Hospice buckets and through the sale of Galway Hospice merchandise will go to Galway Hospice.
