Kilbeacanty Charity 8k Turkey Run for Galway Hospice and Gort Cancer Support Group

A fantastic 8k ‘Turkey Run will be taking place on St Stephen’s Day (Monday 26th December) in Kilbeacanty, with proceeds to be shared between Galway Hospice and Gort Cancer Support Group.  This is an event not to be missed!! And it’s a chance to ease the pressure on the waistline after the Christmas dinner and all those mince pies!

Walk, run or crawl the 8k – we don’t mind!!!  And it’s not just for turkeys.  It’s for humans too!

Entry fee costs €10.70 through the www.turkeyrun.ie website (including 70c handling fee) or alternatively contact Colm Moylette on info@turkeyrun.ie

Registration will also be open on the day from 11am to 1pm, with the road race kicking off at 1.30pm, followed by refreshments and entertainment afterwards in McCarthy’s in Kilbeacanty.

This is a fantastic way to spend St Stephen’s Day, while supporting two great charities!
