GMIT Engineering Society raise €600 for Galway Hospice

Many thanks to the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) Engineering Society who recently presented Galway Hospice with a cheque for €600 from the proceeds of a number of fundraising events which they held in aid of Galway Hospice.  The events included a Raffle, Table Quiz and a 5-a-side competition which took place over a period of time.

Pictured at the cheque presentation are (l-r): Wayne Gibbons (GMIT Staff), Emer Molloy (Galway Hospice) and Emma Joyce (GMIT Engineering Society Chairperson).

Many thanks to Wayne, to Emma and to everyone else who helped organise and support the various events.  Well done to all concerned!
