Memory Tree Terms & Conditions

Inscriptions are limited to 26 characters per leaf, including spaces.

Inscriptions may, for example, be a loved one’s name, a family name, or company name. The name will be inscribed as it appears on the form, so please check the spelling carefully.

Galway Hospice has the right to decline any donation or choice of wording for inscription, including promotional messaging.

There are a limited number of leaves available on the Galway Hospice Memory Tree at any one time. In the event that the tree is full at the time of us receiving your form, we will let you know, and your leaf will be added as soon as a space becomes available.

Please allow 3 weeks from the date of your order for your leaf to be placed on the Memory Tree.

Leaves will be included on the Memory Tree for 1 year. After this time, you will be asked if you would like to renew your donation. If you do not wish to renew your donation, your leaf will be returned to you to treasure.

As leaves are strictly limited, any donation for a leaf is in addition to any funds already received through other events or campaigns and donations cannot be backdated.

Leaves are made from metallic laserable laminate.

In exceptional circumstances, Galway Hospice reserves the right to relocate the Memory Tree.
