Dave O’Reilly and Donal Walsh raise €2,455.20 for Galway Hospice through Dublin City Marathon

Photo 5 [640x480]Many thanks to Dave O’Reilly and Donal Walsh who recently presented Mary Tierney (of Galway Hospice) with a cheque for €2,455.20.

Dave and Donal raised this money through their participation in the Dublin City Marathon 2013.

Thanks so much to these two fantastic guys who undertook this challenge just to raise much-needed funds for Galway Hospice. Each year, Galway Hospice needs to raise in the region of €1.6 million to provide hospice Home Care and Day Care services, and (for the past few years) to supplement the funding we get for the Inpatient Unit from the HSE.  Many thanks, Dave and Donal, for helping us reach our annual target, and thanks to everyone who supported them!
