Communications Workers Union present €5000 to Galway Hospice

Many thanks to the members of the Communications Workers Union who recently presented Emer Molloy of Galway Hospice with a cheque for €5,000 at the Communications Workers Union Conference at the Clayton Hotel, Galway.

Pictured at the cheque presentation are (l-r): Sean McDonagh, Mary Conroy, Tom Geraghty, Damien Touhy, Paul Kennedy, Jarlath Heneghan, Brian O’Connor, Emer Molloy (Galway Hospice), Bill Bell and Michael O’Toole.

Many thanks to everyone who supported this event and to the Union for choosing Galway Hospice to benefit from the proceeds.  This donation will help Galway Hospice to continue providing hospice home care and day care services.  Each year Galway Hospice has to raise €1,500,000 to keep these services going.  On behalf of the people that benefit from these services, THANK YOU!
