Carmel Dempsey entertains at Galway Hospice

Local musician Carmel Dempsey took time out from her busy schedule to provide entertainment for the patients attending the Galway Hospice Day Care Unit.  Carmel is a very accomplished singer and musician, with a wide and varied repertoire of songs to suit all tastes.  Patients attend the Day Care Unit for medical and nursing reviews, as well as for a variety of therapeutic and social activities.  Music is a regular feature at the Day Care Centre, and local musicians and singers volunteer to provide short entertainment sessions for the Day Care patients.  We are very grateful to Carmel for providing the entertainment on this occasion, and to Enda Dempsey who accompanied on guitar.
