Cappataggle Arts and Drama Group raise €700 for Galway Hospice

Many thanks to the Cappataggle Arts and Drama Group, who recently presented Galway Hospice with a cheque for €700.00 which they raised through staging a play in aid of Galway Hospice.

Pictured at the cheque presentation are (l-r): Cathriona Broderick, Clare Loughnane, Patrick Egan, Colette Dodd (Galway Hospice), Thomas Kelly, Irene O’Malley, Peter Egan and Grainne O’Malley.

Many thanks to this fantastic group for their support of Galway Hospice and for donating their time and effort so generously.  Events like this don’t just “happen” – they take weeks, often months, of preparation.  This dedication and commitment are gratefully appreciated.  The people of Cappataggle and surrounding areas have held many very successful fundraising events for Galway Hospice over the years, and have been a great source of encouragement to us.  Galway Hospice depends so much on people like these, who do amazing things just to raise funds for Galway Hospice. Thanks again to the group and to everyone who supported the event.
