Calasanctius College raises €280 for Galway Hospice through ‘Galway Day’!

Many thanks to Calasanctius College 5th year LCVP class who recently presented Galway Hospice with a cheque for €280. The class raised this money by hosting a ‘Galway Day’ in aid of Galway Hospice, through which they sold headbands and wristbands in Galway colours on the Friday before the All Ireland Hurling Final Replay.  Special thanks to the Principal and teachers at Calasanctius College for enabling this event to take place.

Pictured at the cheque presentation are (l-r): Annemarie Hughes, Jessie Murray, Roisin McInerney, Aoife Geraghty, Shannon Costello, Alan Connolly, Eoin McHugh, Jewell Stephen Flanagan, Fiona McKinnon (Galway Hospice), Diarmuid Joyce, Premuick Gradzil, Sam Gosling, Cathal Kirrane, James Joyce, Tony McHugh and Eoin Clarke.

Many thanks to everyone who supported Galway Hospice through this fantastic fundraising event and thanks to the class for their terrific efforts in raising much needed funds for Galway Hospice!  Well done to all concerned!
