The Bridie McCormack Memorial Cup 2011 will be taking place in association with Galway Hospice. The event will consist of teams of 4 players with the 3 best cards to count. €15 per team entered in the event will be donated to Galway Hospice.
This competition will take place during the months of October and November. Winter Rules shall apply (place on the fairway, and in the rough within 6 inches) and the competition is open to both ladies and gentlemen.
Competition Format & Timeframes: Each team shall play a qualifying round on the Weekend of 8th/9th or the Weekend of 15th/16th October. Each Team Captain may select a preferred date for 1st round play if he/she so desires. Members of teams who have played and not qualified may re-enter and play a 2nd qualifying round on weekend 29th/30th October. Latest date for re-entry is 22nd October.
