Barry King scales Croagh Patrick three times for Galway Hospice!

Promo Image (Copy)Barry King kicked off the annual ‘Croagh Patrick Climb in aid of Galway Hospice’ early when he climbed the great peak last week. Barry didn’t climb the mountain once but three times in one day in order to raise awareness of and funds for the Foundation.

Barry is pictured presenting the proceeds raised to Joanne Tierney of Galway Hospice. On behalf of our patients and their families, thank you Barry for your time and immense efforts, and well done on completing such a huge undertaking. Also, thank you to everyone who supported Barry’s fundraising efforts.

Every year, Galway Hospice must raise €1.8 million to maintain current levels of Hospice Home Care, Day Care and Bereavement Support services throughout Galway city and county.  Galway Hospice depends hugely on our supporters to reach this annual fundraising target. Thank you everyone for your support to date.
