Athenry Presentation College LCVP Students raise €617 for Galway Hospice

Many thanks to the LCVP students in Athenry Presentation College who raised €617 for Galway Hospice through the sale of Christmas Cards.

Pictured at the cheque presentation are (l-r): Mrs Shaughnessy (Teacher), Rebecca Mooney, Conor Shaughnessy, Orla Feeney (Galway Hospice), Siobhan NicAodh, Brian Hickey and Mr Cotter (Teacher).

Many thanks to the 40 LCVP students from Athenry Presentation College who took part in this fundraising campaign in aid of Galway Hospice. Also thanks to the teachers and parents for their kind support of this venture.  It is very encouraging  for us when youth groups decide to organise a fundraising event for Galway Hospice. This event was a credit to all concerned, and we extend our admiration and appreciation to everyone who took part and supported the event in aid of Galway Hospice.
