Galway Camogie Board raises €3,323 for Galway Hospice through Card Game

Cheque Presentation (Copy)A huge thank you to Galway Camogie Board, who recently held a card game in the Lough Rea Hotel in aid of Galway Hospice and Galway Camogie Club.

Pictured with the cheque presented to Galway Hospice were (l-r): Bernie Walsh (Galway Hospice), Hubert Geoghegan (Event Organiser), Orla Feeney (Galway Hospice), Caroline Cunningham (Galway Hospice), Dessie O’Brien (Galway Camogie Treasurer) and Gerry Hennelly (Galway Camogie Chairperson).

Thank you to everyone involved in organising this very successful event and to everyone who supported the card game on the night. This donation will help us to continue providing our fully-accredited specialist palliative care services to adults and children with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses throughout Galway city and county, and on the adjoining islands, as well as providing support to their families and carers.

A huge thank you to all concerned!
