‘Remembering Gerry McCarthy’ Table Quiz – Saturday 2nd December 2017

A table quiz in memory of Gerry McCarthy and in aid of Galway Hospice will take place on Saturday, 2nd December 2017 in Conneely’s Bar, Kilkerrin, Ballinasloe. The memorial event is being organised by Gerry’s friends, who say that Gerry himself loved table quizzes.

The quiz will start at 9 pm, with tables of 4 costing €20. All proceeds raised through this event will be donated to Galway Hospice. So put your thinking caps on and come along to Conneely’s Bar on Saturday 2nd December to test your knowledge, enjoy an evening of fun and help raise much needed for in support of Galway Hospice.

Every year, Galway Hospice must raise €1.8 million to maintain current levels of Hospice Home Care, Day Care and Bereavement Support services throughout Galway city and county.  Galway Hospice depends hugely on fundraising events like this one to reach this annual fundraising target.  Your support for this event would be greatly appreciated.
