Ability West’s ‘Jersey Day’ raises €207.42 for Galway Hospice

IMG_1085 (Copy)Many thanks to Ability West who recently raised €207.42 for Galway Hospice, through holding a Jersey Day in memory of the late Mary Sheridan.

Pictured presenting the cheque to Orla Feeney of Galway Hospice (far right) are (l-r) Angela McCormack, Caroline McDonagh and Nicola Bradford.

Well done and many thanks to everyone who helped organise this fashionable event and also to those who contributed to Galway Hospice in the process. Events like this help Galway Hospice to continue providing our fully-accredited specialist palliative care services to adults and children with cancer and  other life-limiting illnesses throughout Galway city and county, and on the adjoining islands, as well as providing support to their families and carers. As always, hospice services continue to be provided free-of-charge, for as long as they are needed.  We are very grateful to Ability West for helping us to continue doing this.
