Colemanstown Charity Soccer Event for Galway Hospice

In September 2010, Colemanstown was the venue for a charity soccer spectacular between the Team of ’98 and the B Team of ’09, to raise funds for Galway Hospice.  The photo shows (l-r) Gerry Broderick, Padraig O’Connor and Kieran O’Connor proudly presenting the proceeds of €4,174 to Fiona McKinnon of Galway Hospice, of which €2087  was raised by the soccer event and matching funding of €2087 donated by the Macquarie Group.  Kieran and his team are very grateful to Macquarie Group and to all who supported this event.
