Tuesday 22nd April – OMiG Awards Night in aid of Galway Hospice

OMIG Logo [640x480]The Town Hall Theatre will be the venue for the first Online Marketing Awards in Galway on Tuesday 22nd April 2014.

The ceremony is to recognise the online marketing efforts, innovations and achievements of businesses throughout Galway City and County.

The theme of the evening will be ‘World Wide Web, allowing businesses to reach beyond their doorstep’.

Special guest panel on the night will include:

John Lamphiere – Regional Director, Facebook. 

Anthony Quigley – Founder and Director, Digital Marketing Institute. 

Zara Sheerin – Online Marketing Officer, National University of Ireland, Galway. 

There is over €20,000 in the prize fund up for grabs!! And awards on the night will be presented to the following categories:

  • Best Website
  • Best Blog
  • Best Email Marketing
  • Best Social Media
  • Online Marketing Leadership Award
  • People’s Choice Award
  • Start Up Award.

Entry fee on the night is €5 and can be purchased at http://www.galwaymarketing.ie/awards/event-bookings/ with all proceeds raised on the night being donated to Galway Hospice. This is a fantastic opportunity for local businesses to receive recognition for their best in digital marketing and also a fantastic way to support Galway Hospice.
