It’s that time of year again!! The Flora Women’s Mini Marathon (10K) will take place again this year on Bank Holiday Monday, 2nd June 2014.Since 1983, the number of women participating in the Flora Women’s Mini Marathon has grown steadily to over 40,000 women each year. It is the biggest all-women’s event of its kind in the world and the largest charity event in Ireland.
Events like this are hugely important to Galway Hospice in our annual fundraising drive. This is not only a fantastic way to raise funds for Galway Hospice, but it is also a great way to get fit and healthy and share this fantastic experience with 40,000 other women, of all ages, nationalities and walks of life.
