Many thanks to Brendan and Mary Howard who presented Michael Craig of Galway Hospice with the proceeds of their Table Quiz which took place in the Commercial Boat Club on 2nd November 2012 in aid of Galway Hospice. The cheque presentation took place shortly after the event in November – apologies for the delay in posting this news item.

Thanks so much to Brendan and Mary for their dedication and efforts in organising and running this event in aid of Galway Hospice and also thanks to everyone who supported the event. Also a big thank you to the Commercial Boat Club for providing the venue and to everyone who donated spot prizes etc.
Events like this are hugely important to Galway Hospice in terms of sustainable fundraising. We appreciate so much the enthusiasm and loyalty of people like Brendan and Mary, who put so much time and effort into organising events like this, just to raise funds for Galway Hospice. Thank you!
