Carmel Dempsey recently played at the gala “Showband Knights” dance night at the Salthill Hotel in aid of Galway Hospice. Leading on piano and vocals, Carmel’s band also featured guitar virtuoso Eugene Kelly and the multi-instrumentalist Michelle Mulhaire on drums. Carmel played a very lively dance set that had the capacity crowd cramming the dance floor. Our thanks to Carmel, Eugene and Michelle for giving of their time and considerable talents without charge to benefit Galway Hospice!
