3rd to 6th May – Mizen to Malin Head Cycle Challenge in aid of Galway Hospice and the Irish Cancer Society

30 members of Galway Triathlon Club will take to their bikes this May Bank Holiday weekend on a Mizen to Malin Head Cycle Challenge, to raise funds for Galway Hospice and the Irish Cancer Society.

Pushing off on Friday the 3rd of May, the cyclists will begin at Mizen Head in Cork and will travel up the country, aiming to arrive at Malin Head in Donegal on Monday the 6th of May.  This is the first time the Triathlon Club will undertake a challenge of this magnitude, but their focus is on raising much-needed funds for Galway Hospice and the Irish Cancer Society.
