This Sunday 27th May, the Loughrea & District Vintage Club will be holding their annual Vintage Run, with all proceeds raised being donated to Galway Hospice. The run, for all things Classic and Vintage, will meet at Loughrea Tyre Centre at 10.30am and depart at 11.30am on their route.
The cars will take a longer route from Loughrea, while the tractors will follow a shorter route. All vehicles will stop half way along the routes at Dartfield Horse Museum for refreshments and there will also be more treats on display with special demonstrations and showcases, kindly organised by Dartfield Horse Museum.
From there, the run will continue on to the final leg of their journey, finishing up at the Galway Plaza, Kiltulla with a static display in the afternoon.
There will be no entry fee on the day, but donation buckets for Galway Hospice will be available for people to make a donation on the day at their own free will.
