Orla Carty, Auditor of the N.U.I.G Physics Society, recently visited Galway Hospice to present Joanne Tierney of the Foundation’s Fundraising Department with a cheque for €310.75, raised through a raffle held during the N.U.I.G Science Ball.

Every year, Galway Hospice must raise €1.8 million to maintain current levels of Hospice Home Care, Day Care and Bereavement Support services throughout Galway city and county.
