Killimor Tea Dances for Galway Hospice

Since 2002, Moira Concannon has been organising monthly tea dances in Treacy’s Bar, Killimor in support of Galway Hospice.  To date Moira, with the help of her good friends, has raised the amazing amount of €56,590 for Galway Hospice!  Moira raised €9,100 from her tea dances in 2010 and she was delighted to hand this cheque over to Galway Hospice recently.  Pictured (l-r): Moira Concannon with Fiona McKinnon of Galway Hospice.  A massive “thank you” to Moira for her fantastic dedication to fundraising for Galway Hospice, with such consistency over the past nine years.   Thanks also to her friends who help with organising the events, and of course to all those who attended.  Well done to all concerned!
