Kilkerrin National School raise €1000 for Galway Hospice!

IMG_2319 (Copy)Kilkerrin National School held a bake sale earlier this year in aid of Galway Hospice. The entrepreneurial undertaking raised €1000 in support of Hospice services. Pictured at the cheque presentation are the school’s youngest and oldest students, together with the school’s Principal, Lorraine Henry, alongside Brendan Guerin and Gerry Molly, both representing Galway Hospice.

Our thanks to everyone at Kilkerrin National School for choosing Galway Hospice as the beneficiary of this fundraising initiative. Well done, and apologies for the delay in posting this acknowledgement!

This donation will help us to continue providing our fully-accredited specialist palliative care services to adults and children with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses throughout Galway city and county, and on the adjoining islands, as well as providing support to their families and carers.
