8th – 22nd December – Williamstown “Light Up A Life” in aid of Galway Hospice

Christmas is a special time of year when we celebrate with our family and friends. We also remember our departed loved ones, and we remember those who are far away from home for Christmas.

Why not make this Christmas special by sponsoring a light for a loved one?

From Saturday 8th December, a special ‘Light Up A Life’ book will be open in St Therese’s Church, Williamstown, giving people the opportunity to sponsor a light for a loved one.

For only €5, your loved one’s name will be enrolled in the special book and on Saturday 22nd December, the switching on of the lights on the 16 foot Christmas tree will take place in the gardens of St Therese’s Church. This will be followed by a special mass and carol service, during which each loved one will be remembered.

Sponsoring a light on the tree is a beautiful way of remembering loved ones at Christmas time and the memory of your loved one will shine brightly in the gardens of St Therese’s Church during the festive season.  All monies raised will be donated to Galway Hospice.  Thank you for your support!
