Staff members at Anecto Ltd. recently hosted a Coffee Morning in aid of Galway Hospice, and in the process they raised €1,256 for the Foundation! Staff members did lots of delicious home baking in preparation for their coffee morning, and the competition for “best queen cakes” was only fierce! There wasn’t a crumb left on the day, and it’s no wonder that such a mighty amount of dough was raised (pardon the pun) on the day …..
Pictured at the cheque presentation are: (l-r): Frank Cashman (CEO, Anecto Ltd.), Olivia Grealish, Teresa Carolan, Geraldine McDonagh, Joanne Tierney (Galway Hospice), Brian Kerr, Edel Fahy, Bola Agbaje, Sergi Marti and Yvonne Kearney. Sincere thanks to everyone who organised, participated in and supported this coffee morning in aid of Galway Hospice. Well done everyone!
Every year, Galway Hospice must raise €1.6 million to ensure the provision of essential Home Care, Day Care and Bereavement Support services to the people of Galway city and county, as well as to those residing on the adjoining islands. Galway Hospice receives no State funding for these much-needed services, and so we rely entirely on the public’s support to maintain these services. That’s why we are so grateful to companies like Anecto Limited for choosing to raise funds for Galway Hospice. Thank you!
